Prevention tools you can use this season

  • Stay up-to-date with vaccines: flu and COVID vaccines are updated for current strains and recommended for everyone; RSV is a new vaccine for special groups (very young and over 60)
  • Stay home when sick
  • Wash your hands frequently
  • Remember respiratory etiquette (cover your cough, preferably not with your hands)
