In anticipation of the impending storm please review this guidance from CT DPH on reopening a food service establishment following a power outage.

If you lose power at your establishment notify the health department. Please email Chief Sanitarian, Lynette Swanson at swansonls@ehhd.org or text Lynette at 860-234-2075.
Please be aware that messages left at the office will not be received until Monday morning when the office reopens.
