The Eastern Highlands Health District is partnering with Hartford Healthcare at Home to offer flu shots for kids age 3-18 and adult (18+) from 12:00pm-3:00pm at Coventry High School Cafeteria, 78 Ripley Hill Road, Coventry, CT 06238.
Please be aware that this flu clinic will be unable to provide flu shots for any children under age 3, or those children who have never had a flu shot before. It is open to the public and will work on a first come, first served basis.
Please bring a valid ID and your medical insurance card. For those without medical insurance, shots can be made available at low cost or no cost.
