The Eastern Highlands Health District (EHHD) is
seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and dynamic individual to serve as
a part-time public health nurse. Primary responsibilities include
supporting the local health department efforts prevent illness and
promote wellness. This may include but is not limited to vaccination
clinic coordination, vaccine administration, health education and
education event coordination, case contact investigations, providing
health advice and guidance to individuals, families, and community
stakeholders, and other public health activities as needed. This
position reports to the Community Health and Wellness Coordinator. This
is a durational, grant funded appointment.
