- Stay up-to-date with vaccines: flu and COVID vaccines are updated for current strains and recommended for everyone; RSV is a new vaccine for special groups (very young and over 60)
- Stay home when sick
- Wash your hands frequently
- Remember respiratory etiquette (cover your cough, preferably not with your hands)
